By entering this campaign, all participants are deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.

This campaign is open to all Malaysia residents, except for employees of JD Sports Fashion plc, their families, agencies, or any other company directly connected with the administration of this campaign.

The campaign starts at 10:00 am (GMT+8) on 7 September 2024 and will run until 23:59 pm (GMT+8) on 6 October 2024 ("Campaign Period"). All entries must be received by 23:59 pm (GMT+8) on 6 October 2024.

All entries must be received within the Campaign Period. Incomplete, illegible, or late entries will not be accepted. The decision of JD Sports Fashion Sdn. Bhd. is final and no correspondence will be entertained. Participants may enter as many times as they wish, provided each entry has a unique receipt number or online order number.

With a minimum spend of RM 350 at JD Sports Malaysia, participants are entitled for one (1) entry to win five hundred (500) Mobile Legend Bang Bang Diamonds. The distribution and management of the prize are the responsibility of Shanghai Moonton Technology Co. Ltd. JD Sports Fashion Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to disqualify any entry and select an alternative winner if necessary. JD Sports Fashion Sdn. Bhd. accepts no responsibility for delays in prize delivery due to supply issues or other unforeseen circumstances.

The issuance of diamonds will occur within 30 days of receipt. No diamonds will be issued if orders are canceled or refunded.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternatives are available. No other costs will be covered.

By participating in this campaign, you:

2. Give permission for JD Sports Fashion Sdn. Bhd. to post your first name and last name on our website and social media outlets if you win a prize.

3. By opting-in to marketing permissions by selecting the checkbox prior to entering the campaign, you agree to receive email correspondence from JD Sports Fashion Sdn. Bhd. about products and services of interest. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided.

JD Sports Fashion Sdn. Bhd. accepts no responsibility for entries not received, undelivered or delayed messages, technical failures, or other issues beyond its control. This includes but is not limited to, computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or traffic congestion.

No warranty or guarantee is given by JD Sports Fashion Sdn. Bhd. in relation to the prize. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JD Sports Fashion Sdn. Bhd., its agents, associated companies, and trading partners will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, additional expenses, injury, or death arising from or in connection with this campaign, the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, or the receipt or use of any prize. JD Sports Fashion Sdn. Bhd. does not guarantee the performance of any contractor or third parties associated with the prizes and will not be liable for any fraud committed by any third party.

JD Sports Fashion Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to vary, cancel, or modify this campaign and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. This includes the right to amend or withdraw the campaign (and/or any related prizes) in whole or in part due to unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, a prize of equal or greater value will be offered.

JD Sports Fashion Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to remove a participant from the campaign at any time if it has reasonable cause to believe that the participant has acted fraudulently, illegally, or in an unauthorized manner.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JD Sports Fashion Sdn. Bhd. and its affiliates disclaim all liability for any damages or losses suffered by any participant as a result of or in connection with this campaign.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Malaysia law. Each participant submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysia courts. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
