Can I track my order?
  1. All our home delivery orders are trackable. You will receive a despatched email with a tracking link on for your order, alternatively you can log in to your account and view the tracking in your order history.
  2. When we send your dispatched email, there can sometime be a delay between this being sent and the carrier receiving the order, as a guide please allow up to 48 hours for your orders information to be visible.
  3. Sign into your JD account and check your order history or simply use the track my order link to see the latest update of your home delivery.
Standard Home Delivery

Standard delivery time is 2–3 business days for West Malaysia, and 5–10 business days for East Malaysia.

Delivery Fee: RM35
Free Delivery for orders over RM400

Please note that delivery charges may vary during promotional periods.

Some items might be fulfilled from UK and may take up to 10 business days for your arrival. Please take note Low Value Goods Tax may be applied for orders below RM 500 from the Malaysian customs.

E-Invoicing

1. Eligibility
All taxpayers in Malaysia are eligible to receive an e-Invoice from JD Sports.

2. Invoice Generation
Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email from JD Sports with a standard invoice attached. This email will include a QR code that can be used to request an e-Invoice.

3. Access
The QR code for requesting an e-Invoice is valid only within the same month as the invoice date. Requests made after the end of the month will not be processed, in accordance with Malaysian Government guidelines. 4. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate information to ensure that the e-Invoice reflects the correct details of the transaction. JD Sports is not liable for any inaccuracies resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

5. Dispute Resolution
If you notice any errors in the e-Invoice, you must request a rejection within 24 hours of validation via the MyInvois Portal, providing a specific reason for the dispute.
If JD Sports agrees with your reason, we will cancel the e-Invoice within 72 hours and issue a new one.
If the request for rejection is not made within 24 hours, or if the e-Invoice is not cancelled within 72 hours, no further cancellations will be allowed. Any necessary adjustments will require issuing a new e-Invoice. For assistance, please contact our customer service team.

6. Compliance
Our e-Invoicing system complies with Malaysian tax laws and regulations as stipulated by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM). We ensure that all e-Invoices are generated in accordance with the prescribed standards and formats, ensuring accurate and lawful reporting of transactions.

7. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our website. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes. Continued use of our website and services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

How do I return/exchange my order?

In-store - Exchange and Returns
You are welcome to return your online orders to any JD Sports stores in Malaysia. Use our store finder to locate a store now.


DHL & Pos Malaysia Pickup - Returns
1. Please contact our customer service team at +603 84081066 or by email at customercare@jdsports.my to request for a return via DHL (WM) and Pos Malaysia (EM).
a. By DHL or Pos Malaysia Pick Up
i. Our team will prepare a consignment note for your return shipment via DHL or Pos Malaysia.
ii. DHL or Pos Malaysia will collect your order on the designated date.
iii. Once your order has arrived at our warehouse, you will be notified via email.
2. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Your refund will be processed via your original payment method and time taken might vary based on your provider.

Return by Post
Alternatively, you may also return your purchases to us by post:
1. Kindly fill out our returns form found here and enclose it with the items you are returning.
2. Mail your returns to:

3. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your item.

JD Sports reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange for any order if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the purchase was made for resale or unauthorized distribution, except where such refusal would contravene your rights under Consumer Law.

How long will it take to get my refund?

We will email you as soon as your return has been received and processed by our team. Please note that it can take 7-14 working days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account.

In the unlikely event that you haven’t received an email within 10 days of your item(s) being delivered to our returns center, please contact our Customer Care team, and we’ll assist you.

Make sure you let us know your order number, which items you have returned when you contact us.

Will I Get a Refund for Delivery Charges?

If the item that you returned has been certified damaged or faulty, or isn’t what you ordered upon receiving, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery charge is not refundable if the return is due to change of mind, unsuitable or no reason.

I didn't receive all of my products?

Your order may be split into multiple shipments and may not arrive at the same destination because sometimes we may not be able to ship all the items you ordered. However, we will send you an email to notify you of any missing items in your order. Please check your email and we will refund you for any items not shipped.

How Will I Know If You’ve Received My Return?

Once the order has been processed a confirmation email will be sent to you. This is be usually within a few hours.
Please note that this may go into your junk/spam email folder if you have not shopped with us online before. Alternatively, you can check the status of your order by logging into your account and then clicking on My Orders.

Can I Check If a Store Near Me Has a Specific Item?

Where Do You Ship From?

Most online orders are shipped from our regional warehouse in Malaysia. However, some selected products may be shipped directly from the UK.

Do You Ship to My Country?

Orders placed on the JD Sports Malaysia website can only be delivered to addresses within Malaysia.

Will I Be Charged Any Customs Fees?

Low Value Goods Tax may be applied for orders below RM 500 from the Malaysian customs.

Can I Pay Extra for Express Delivery?

Unfortunately, we only provide Standard delivery for all orders which usually takes within 3-9 working days of your order being dispatched.

Can You Tell Me If an Item Will Be Restocked?

Our Customer Care team has limited information on restocks.
The best way to stay updated is by following us on our social media channels, where we announce the latest product drops and restocks.

Can I Use More Than One Promo Code on My Order?

No, only one promo code can be used per order.
