JD SPORTS MALAYSIA 10TH ANNIVERSARY 

Participants must be over the age of 18 at the time of participation to enter this competition. No purchase is necessary to participate. 

The prize is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. No other costs will be covered. 

Participants must be present at JD Sports Sunway Pyramid at the designated event time to be eligible for winner selection.

Participation slots may be limited during the event for crowd control and safety purposes. Raffle numbers, wristbands, or other participation identifiers may be distributed on a first-come-first-served basis at the organiser’s discretion.

One (1) winner will be selected through a multi-stage on-ground participation process determined by JD Sports Malaysia and/or appointed event representatives during the event. This may include raffle selection, mini games, trivia questions, elimination rounds, or other engagement mechanics.

The winner selection mechanism may be adjusted at the organiser’s discretion depending on event circumstances.

All decisions made by JD Sports Malaysia are final and no disputes or appeals will be entertained.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit. The 60-second duration will be timed by the organiser using an official timer, with timing commencing upon instruction from event staff. The organiser’s timing decision is final. Only items brought to the designated checkout area within the 60-second period will be counted.

Participants must behave responsibly throughout the event. Participants acknowledge that the activity may involve physical movement within a retail environment and agree to participate at their own risk. Participants must comply with all safety instructions provided by event staff. No assistance from other participants or third parties is allowed during the challenge.

JD Sports Malaysia reserves the right to immediately disqualify any participant engaging in unsafe,  disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour. If the selected winner is unable to complete the challenge or is disqualified, the organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

By participating in this event, participants agree to be photographed and/or recorded for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes by JD Sports Malaysia, including across digital, social media, and advertising platforms worldwide without further compensation.

JD Sports Malaysia reserves the right to amend, postpone, cancel, or modify the event mechanics, terms, conditions, or prizes at any time without prior notice where necessary.

By participating in this competition, you: 

agree to the terms of our privacy policy (available at https://www.jdsports.my/pages/privacy-policy. ), the terms of which are also incorporated into these Terms and Condition by reference and apply to your participation in this competition; and 

give permission for JD Sports Fashion Sdn Bhd to post your first name and last name on our website and social media outlets should you win a prize.

JD Sports Fashion Sdn Bhd accepts no responsibility for any entries not received, or for undelivered or delayed messages which were unable to be sent or received due to technical failure or any other reason beyond its control. No responsibility will be accepted JD Sports Fashion Sdn Bhd for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, for the acts or omissions of any service provider, internet, accessibility, or availability or for traffic congestion or unauthorised human act. 

No warranty or guarantee is given by JD Sports Fashion Sdn Bhd in relation to the prize. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JD Sports Fashion Sdn Bhd, its agents, associated companies, and trading partners will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, additional expenses, injury or death howsoever caused, whether in contract, tort (including without limitation negligence, fraud or malicious act), statutory or otherwise arising out of this competition or in connection with the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions or receipt or use of any prize awarded pursuant to this competition. JD Sports Fashion Sdn Bhd does not recommend or guarantee the performance of any contractor or the obligations of any third parties associated with the prizes (including without limitation the manufacturer or promoter of any prize). JD Sports Fashion Sdn Bhd will not be liable for any fraud committed by any third party. 

JD Sports Fashion Sdn Bhd reserves the right to vary, cancel or modify this competition and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time and for whatever reason and/or to amend or withdraw this competition (and/or any related prizes) in whole or in part at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. JD Sports Fashion Sdn Bhd is also entitled to vary the prizes if, due to unforeseen circumstances it becomes impossible to provide the prizes as described or in its opinion, it would be inappropriate in any way. In that event, a prize of equal or greater value will be offered. 

JD Sports Fashion Sdn Bhd at its sole discretion and at any time has the right to remove a participant from this competition if it has reasonable cause to believe that the participant has acted or is acting fraudulently, illegally or in an unauthorised manner.  

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JD Sports Fashion Sdn Bhd and its affiliates disclaim all liability for any damages and losses suffered by any one as a result of or in connection with this competition 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Malaysia law and each participant hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysia courts. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
