The New Balance 9060 reimagines the refined style and innovation-driven design that made the 99X series one of the most iconic franchises in New Balance history. Inspired by the bold, futuristic aesthetics of the Y2K era, the 9060 reinterprets familiar elements from classic 99X models with a distorted and modern twist. Enlarged sway bars derived from the 990 extend across the upper to create a visible sense of motion, while wavy lines and exaggerated proportions on the sculpted pod midsole highlight the signature ABZORB and SBS cushioning platforms. The sneaker features a synthetic upper, a dual-density midsole with ABZORB and SBS cushioning for enhanced comfort, a tongue logo inspired by the original 991 lace jewel, and a diamond-pattern outsole influenced by the classic 860 design. Finished with lace-up fastening for a secure fit, the 9060 blends heritage inspiration with contemporary style and comfort.
