The Salomon XT-6 is a legendary trail-running silhouette originally designed for elite ultramarathon runners such as Kilian Jornet and François D’haene, debuting in 2013 as a technical shoe built to deliver stability, protection and performance across demanding ultra-trail terrain. Its technical foundation includes agileCHASSIS for stability and support, endoFit™ and sensiFIT™ for a secure, foot-hugging fit, and a Mud Contagrip® outsole with deep lugs for reliable traction on loose and uneven surfaces. Weighing around 365 grams, with a 22 mm forefoot and 32 mm heel stack and a 10 mm drop, the XT-6 provides a balanced, supportive ride suited to long-distance running. Over the years, the shoe has evolved from specialist trail gear into a coveted streetwear icon, particularly among Parisian fashion circles, making it equally at home on technical mountain trails and city streets.
